Can I customize the weight, knurling, or finish of the barbell?
Although we cannot customize the weight of your barbell, you are able to pick from a variety of options we have available. All barbells are offered with standard knurling & power bars are offered in both standard & aggressive knurl patterns. The finishes we offer are clear zinc, black zinc, and cerakote.
How long does it take to build a custom barbell?
Lead times vary, but most orders are completed within 4-6 weeks.
Where are your barbells made?
Every barbell is 100% made in the USA at our manufacturing facility in Southeastern Minnesota.
Do you ship nationwide or internationally?
We currently ship across the U.S. and offer international shipping by request. Contact us for rates and options.
Do you offer custom branding or logos on the bar?
Yes! We can stencil or laser engrave your gym name, brand logo, or even a personal message on the barbell or end caps.
What is the tensile strength of your bars?
Our bars meet or exceed industry specs for tensile strength (190,000+ PSI)
Do you offer bulk orders for gyms or retailers?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and customization for commercial gyms, personal training studios, military, schools, and resellers.
What types of custom barbells do you make?
We design and manufacture a wide range of barbells including powerlifting bars, Olympic bars, needle bearing bars, and custom logo bars.
